When registering on the website, the user must choose a password and username and may be asked for additional information such as name, email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Let Us Rank of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. You may never use another user’s account without Let Us Rank’ prior authorization. Let Us Rank will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your breach of this agreement.

Users may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason by sending us their request through our contact information. Such cancellation will only result in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all personal data provided to Let Us Rank.

Let Us Rank reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or without notice, and without liability to you, if Let Us Rank believes that you have violated any of these terms, provided Let Us Rank with false or misleading information, or interfered with any other party’s use of the website or service.

  1. NOTIFICATIONS

By providing Let Us Rank with your email address and phone number, you agree that we may use your email address and phone number to send you special content and notifications about new posts and sporting events. If you do not wish to receive these emails or SMS messages you may opt-out of receiving them by sending us your request through our contact information or by using the “unsubscribe” option in emails or by replying with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” to SMS messages. Opting out may prevent you from receiving emails, SMS messages about new posts and sporting events.

  1. PREDICTIONS AND PRIZES

Users who register on our website will be able to submit predictions on the various sporting events available on the website and participate for cash prizes.

Users who correctly predict the outcome of the corresponding sporting event will be placed in a pool of correct predictions and will be randomly selected to receive a cash gift.

The winner of the cash gift will be notified via their contact details and the cash gift will be sent via PayPal or Zelle (payment processors).

In case the prize winner does not respond to the notification messages, the prize will be declared void. Let Us Rank may cancel any giveaway or post and may change or discontinue the availability of posts or giveaways at any time at its sole discretion.
